Bedroom 2 (overlooking back of property) - 2ft single beds (please note boiler is in cupboard in this room)
Bathroom with bath (and hand shower) also shower over. Basin and w.c.
There is a utility cupboard in the bathroom with tumble drier.
Bed linen and towels are included
Gas central heating and electricity are included
Duvets on beds
Children welcome
Non-smokers only please
Regret no pets and please note owners friendly dog occasionally visits

Easy parking on roadside to front of cottage
